    I came in with my husband Wednesday evening to pay our internet bill. We were informed that the kiosks were down and they were unable to process any payments. The man we spoke with told us we can pay online (wasn't an option for us) OR we can pay the bill at walmart money center! So, that's what we did. We went and paid at walmart. What we were not told, is that the payment takes 3 to 5 business days to process! We are looking at Monday to have our service restored! We went to another Xfinity location the following morning and was immediately turned back on for the inconvenience. We ended up paying the other half of our bill, WHICH WAS NOT EVEN DUE YET. But the communication would have saved us time and money, had he told us that was the processing time we would have never paid at walmart.

    I went into the store to turn in some equipment and got told to drop off at the UPS store. Why would I go there and the representative could of took the equipment.

    Awful service!!! Black girl is completely awful and a sad excuse for an employee. Even the assistant manager watched her be rude to me! She knew she set a mobile device up after I decline and soon as I walked in the store she became rude. She is not upholding the standards and values of this company. She loud and rude. She gave me a Sims card for a iPhone and I dont even have a iPhone. Never got anything about the mobile service but a bill!!! These employees only want commission!!! Read before you sign and make sure your NO is NO!!

    Staff in this store are incredibly rude. The online account tells you to return equipment to the xfinity store however this store can’t take returned equipment which I understand is a corporate issue. The staff however are very rude and condescending when explaining this. Very poor customer service here.

    I had such a headache dealing with Xfinity overall. While this specific location had great in-person customer service, thank you to the staff there! The phone customer service experience was absolutely terrible. I had my service canceled three separate times without my consent, and each time I had to go through a frustrating process to get it reinstated. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me more than the amount originally agreed upon in my plan. No one on the phone seemed to have accurate information or the authority to fix things. I went with another provider (Optimum). Xfinity lost a customer just because they lack basic customer service and thier agents don't seem to understand thier job. Train your people Xfinity!!!!!!!
