It was like a completely different business!!! Clean, quiet, courteous, handled my issues quickly, no upsells, and NO OBSEQUIOUSNESS! I was flabbergasted, but in the most pleasant way (shoutout to Nicole, my new Xfinity friend)! If you’re having Xfinity troubles —and EVERYONE will eventually— I recommend a trip to the store. Please be nice! 😊

I tried to figure out a dilemma I had due to the fact that the customer care service over the phone couldn’t help me. But instead I was given attitude. Maurice has to have the worse etiquette and customer service, he is disrespectful. Clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing and shows that he dislikes his job. He is unhelpful contemptuous and doesn’t seem to care. As for the other employees who clearly saw the issue and just stood there and watched instead of trying to decrease the tension and help, only one lady decided to help and gave me a better understanding on the topic I had an issue with.
