    We're going on the 5th day of not having service for our address. I can't get ahold of anybody to find out how long this is going to last. Their bots and assistance just have you going around in circles. Terrible service.

    This business has to have the worst customer service. It is as bad or worst than the Revenue offices which I thought only employed the rudest people but both of these places must hire the same group of people and have the same type of leadership. I canceled my service and they then charged me the next month and after 2 hrs of on the phone complaining and trying to get my money back I told one of the managers that I felt my money had been stolen from he and he said really honestly it had been but there was nothing he could do. This business will steal from you and admit it. No quality person would work for this company and this is why the customer service is so bad and the business is suffering and you would think the leadership would want to change this but they do not. Please don’t get yourself into this trap and go elsewhere. You will wish you had.

    Being charged for services that I closed two months ago every month. When I call I am told "I dont see any charges," "this is your last bill," "your balance is $0" Lie after lie I will never open an account with them ever again.

    Today, I only spent about five minutes in this store with the 3 women, but it was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I came in to pick up my NOW kit, as my online order confirmation showed that this location offered pick-up. Both the signage on the door and the online hours said they were open until 5 p.m. When I walked in, I was told the store was closed—even though the signage clearly said 5 p.m. I understand that sometimes online or posted hours may not be updated, and that happens. But what was unacceptable was the rudeness and unprofessional attitude. When I explained why I was there, one of the employees asked for my information. She looked up my information and then snapped, “WE DON’T EVEN CARRY THAT HERE!” in a very unpleasant tone. She then told me my kit would be delivered in 3–5 days, which contradicted what I was shown online. The nastiness was unnecessary. I drove from North Little Rock just to be treated this way. Their attitude was unhelpful and unwelcoming, and the staff need retraining in basic customer service. This was my first and last time visiting this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
