After a prior, unsuccessful service(?) call to my home, Hughes Net assured me that the person to make the next service(?) call had been brought "up to speed". Instead, I was given the worst service I have ever had from any company in my 53 years. Ever! An attempt to call the company was problematic, the manager declining to take the call, as he was "busy". As yet another dissatisfied customer above remarked: "they are scam artists". Beware of this company.
