While the entire store seemed to be having a party,Ryan and Dixie gave my husband and I excellent customer service and maintained their professionalism. They were so nice and helpful. Ryan really knows alot and Dixie is just so sweet, she us great with customers and really made us feel important. I will be back for my watch and will ask them for help next time as well.

They have outsourced both billing and customer service. Their billing practices are downright predatory. There service is not consistent. There is nothing about them to like. Spectrum may be spotty; Verizon may be hard to deal with; Elon may even be crazy with his Starlink, but almost anything beats Xfinity.
