I arrived, I was checked in, received 3 text messages confirming check in and was told they are out of remotes. I asked when more would be in stock and was told they they didn't really keep up with inventory and I had to call for replacements. I spent an hour on the phone so I could PAY for shipping. The staff at the store should have notified me not to come in and should have been able to give me a date to replace the remotes in person rather than wasting time and money. Very dissatisfied with service and attitude of employees!

Now I can't transfer my number, and have to get a new one. Because of that, I'll be dropping their Internet and TV service soon.
