I arrived, I was checked in, received 3 text messages confirming check in and was told they are out of remotes. I asked when more would be in stock and was told they they didn't really keep up with inventory and I had to call for replacements. I spent an hour on the phone so I could PAY for shipping. The staff at the store should have notified me not to come in and should have been able to give me a date to replace the remotes in person rather than wasting time and money. Very dissatisfied with service and attitude of employees!

Now I can't transfer my number, and have to get a new one. Because of that, I'll be dropping their Internet and TV service soon.

I said nicely “don’t worry about it” and left. I thought someone would be glad to make a sale in the place, but clearly doesn’t matter to them.

- DDDevon DavisOct 2, 20251.0After dealing with the shotty AI assistant for about 4 days and going through multiple hurdles just to finally get to an actual agent I finally got a technician that was suppose to come out today only to have them cancel my appointment. Then trying to find out why my appt was cancel had to go through hurdles again to speak to someone only to be hung up on. I do not know why I would ever recommend Xfinity to anybody else.
