I had a defective phone that I could not replaced or repaired abd was constantly being told something different each time I talked to someone. Turns out my phone was simply out if stock. I was ofdered promotions that never panned out. I had a horrible experience that caused me to change service. Shame on you Verizon

So many people in customer service are impatient with older people and he was SO patient with my mother, going above and beyond to help her. There are questions that older people have about electronics that most customer service make them feel so dumb for not knowing the answer to or "how to"... NOT Antonio. He couldn't have been more kind and understanding... no matter the questions or having to repeat himself many times. Just so kind and patient. So thankful and relieved to not see her overwhelmed... he deserves the world, and a RAISE!
