Don’t give me that old time ba about rush hour and peak and updates and blah blah blah! Some people are night owls! I work hard all day to make sure i have to money to pay for internet that should already be free and you guys can decide when you want to inconvineve me and and ruin my night! From Comcast to Xfinity this company has been consistently disappointing customers for decades!

I’ve never been able to get a simple issue resolved in under an hour with these time wasters. Xfinity needs to invest more in quick turnovers and resolved issues. Usually the service is good, but if anything goes wrong, this offshores will be slow and overly verbose in coming up with a solution. It a shame because these are lost American jobs from an American company.
