    No issues or complaints. Came here to return the modem. As soon as I walked in it was greeted the employee then proceeded to assist me & i was on my merry way.

    Xfinity is the worst. The customer service is terrible and God forbid you get and " elite" uograde you will be charged for the phone you turn in and the replacement phone all is outsourced and the service reps barely speak English. Nothing gets resolved and you end up with majorly inflated bills and when you ask to speak to a supervisor you are put on never ending hold . I am on hold now waiting for a supervisor. It has been 49 minutes and they still haven't picked up. I got a surprise bill for over $800 that cannot be explained or reconciled by the non English speaking customer service . This is the worst . I would highly recommend using another provider. These guys are the worst ... Stay as far away as you can from this second rate service .....!!!!! Update .... went in the store and the guys here are a lot of help . Hopefully this situation works out . If you have issues go to the brick and mortar online help is nonexistent

    Prior to the last 2 weeks, I would say xfinity has been wonderful. But every night (minus two) over the last two weeks, our internet has gone down from between 7-9pm and does not start working in the morning until 7-8am. We have called and called and got a technician appointment for a week later only to receive multiple text message that the issue was fixed and to cancel our appointment. Well, the only two days that our internet worked at night were the two nights prior to the appointment, so we cancelled - thinking the problem was fixed. But no, here we are the day we were supposed to have the appointment and lost connection at 7pm, again. We are on the phone to customer support, and nothing they are doing helps. They can’t even tell us a time that a technician can be scheduled, and we are still on hold awaiting them to tell us the time for the next appointment…. 10 minutes in and no appointment time offered and still on hold… So I would like to know how internet just happens to go out for hours at the same time every night and work just fine during the day????? I have been loyal to xfinity for several years even when we moved and AT&T was the recommended provider in the neighborhood. But now, AT&T is looking pretty good.

    Very bad. Xfinity installed in July and I received only 5 mb upload even though I was supposed to get 50 mb. Then I spent two hours on the phone with tech support and they forced me to upgrade or lose service because they said they couldn't undo the firmware install. So I canceled my service on July 16th in person and turned in my equipment. I received an email saying that they were processing my cancelation... but then I got another bill for August and September! Then when I didn't pay it, they turned me over to collections! Unbelievable! How do they stay in business!? The worst experience ever. Update: One week after posting this review, Xfinity did fix the account to show that I do not owe for the two months they charged me after my cancelation.
