- LSLinda StephensonMar 1, 20241.0The only reason I gave this store a 1 star rating was that there was not a 0 star rating available..very unprofessional, said I was raising my voice. Ask for the rep to give me her name and she said refused to give it to me. Asked for the store manager and Lucas came out of the back and said he heard me raise my voice….the store was full of customers and I asked the person next to me if he heard my conversation and he said no! They were unwilling to help me with my IPhone problem and very unconcerned about my problem…left and went to the another store in our area. Totally different experience and found out they are not directly affiliated with Verizon, but they know so much more about how to treat their customers!! Allen helped me at this store and was very helpful!
