- WWWJun 4, 20241.0Walked in the store to get some assistance to see if the verizon employees could help me. They told me to call customer service. Getting tired of walking in this store and no one knows how to help you I mean this was about the fourth time I walked in the store and all they can say is call customer service. I thought this was a version store. I should not have to make a trip to the store just to be told call customer service and speak to someone in Russia you can barely understand them .makes me want to drop my Verizon service. Verizon needs to do better to help customers

Ask for the rep to give me her name and she said refused to give it to me. Asked for the store manager and Lucas came out of the back and said he heard me raise my voice….the store was full of customers and I asked the person next to me if he heard my conversation and he said no! They were unwilling to help me with my IPhone problem and very unconcerned about my problem…left and went to the another store in our area. Totally different experience and found out they are not directly affiliated with Verizon, but they know so much more about how to treat their customers!! Allen helped me at this store and was very helpful!
