- VBVideo Game BusDec 15, 20241.0Version is so expensive. I moved all my phones to Google fi less than 1/2as mush get more and my calls are clearer. I was with Version for over 30yrs I ported my numbers to Google Fi and Version is charging me for an extra month or taking me to collections. I haven't been on contract with them. More than twenty years. See in court.

Shay was very patient with me and gave my great service for the hour it took to fix this. She had to turn me over to her manager ( don’t know her name). She was also great. They made a frustrating situation much better!!

I had a issue with having my truck F-150(Maggie)pair up with my phone contacts, which I'm not doing like so many people in Foley are doing; hand held cell phone, just talking away! I met Travis at the counter; described my issue, and he asked if truck was here at the store; yes I responded! Travis said; let's have a look; which he did, an solved my issue in under 5-8 minutes. In my rating system that's a 5 ⭐, Customer Service rating. Travis did not make a sale; there fore no money in his pocket, and no commission was paid, but he did it anyway! Thank you Travis. The Verizon Store is located same side of McKenzie as the UPS store. There were at least 6 or more employee's, working the counter; that's a feather in the Companies hat, only 1 employee in the other Store. Ask for Travis, I know my next phone will come from Travis!
