- HHHannah Howard6 days ago1.0Agent lied about the requirements of my plan and switched me to something else that I didn't want and now I can't take advantage of the cheaper sign on plan I wanted originally. Second agent I spoke to was very rude.
- DCDonald collierNov 12, 20251.0This was my third encounter at this store. The first is when I sat with my wife’s elderly parents as the set up a new account. The second was when I returned equipment after cancelling my home services with xfinity. During my second encounter, I had to wait for quite awhile so that two employees tag-teamed a new customer, trying to activate new equipment. Once they began to assist me they quickly lost interest when they realized I was returning equipment from a cancelled service! What should have taken only minutes to complete, too approximately 45 minutes! Totally confirmed my decision to cancel service with xfinity. Today I went to return equipment from my wife’s parents cancelled TV service and was first told “just set it down”. Then when I asked for “a receipt for my mother-in-law’s records”, they refused to take it from me since I’m not the primary account holder! (NOTE: I have legal power of attorney…when I mentioned this they said “so, we’re still not taking it”). I was then told (with a smile, or smug grin…wasn’t sure) “it’s alright, just take it to UPS”. Well, it’s not “alright”! Not sure how much longer this Xfinity “Partner” store is going to last but it won’t be because I am a patron there. Respectfully yours, An Ex-Xfinity customer

- APAnna PeoplesOct 13, 20251.0If I could give a 0 I would. The agent set up my service at wrong apartment number on address then blamed me for it. Said was canceled then set me up for correct apt. Got the bill and was charged $150 for both apartments. Tried to go into this store a few Saturdays ago they were closed and were supposed to be open. Then went back and agents were unhelpful and rude. Stated they cannot cancel service. I will be Canceling service. Spoke with customer service twice and was assured was taken care of. Was not. I absolutely hate Xfinity.
- BNBoundless NinjaOct 9, 20251.0Got an online quote for a gig of internet and got a call right after. Scheduled my installation for a week later and did not receive anything. The day of installation i call and try to confirm and they tell me it was never scheduled. Turns out they just canceled it, didn't let anyone know, me or on their side and apparently don't service my house after I've waited a week for the installation date. Ridiculous
