Xfinity should have to reimburse people for time wasted. The sure are quick to take that money. Every couple months my bill is due a couple days earlier. Over the last 5 years I have paid for 13 months of service in a 12 month period. Twice. But they say oh no we aren't doing that. Don't go with Xfinity unless you like giving money to people who refuse to help you with the services they provide.
