    This has got to be the WORST Verizon store. Let me explain the past 3 days i’ve dealt with them. Day 1, came in to trade in my old phone for a new phone. Simple right? WRONG. Salesman tells us there’s a new promo where you can trade in your old phone for $1,000 off if you also upgrade to the ultra wide plan, so we did. Guy had a massive attitude the whole time about literally any questions i had regarding the new phone i was choosing, and seemed like he wanted us to shut up, choose a new phone, and get out!!! Salesmans name is Phil by the way! So, after Phil treated us like trash, he then proceeded to not even put in the system that I was trading my phone in, which in turn did not give us the $1,000 off! We waited 2 whole days for the UPS QR code Phil said we’d get. I don’t even understand why he was trying to make us take it to UPS anyway! when you trade phones in at Verizon themselves!! Anyway, since Phil lied, we stayed on the phone with customer service for an entire day trying to get the mess he created sorted out. The customer service rep fixed the trade in problem and credited the $1,000 trade in credit back into the system, and told us all we had to do was take the phone back to the store and drop it off, and that it did NOT have to be the account owner. Well, lo and behold, I come back up there the day after the customer service rep spoke with us, to have to deal with Phil AGAIN. He refused to take my phone! He claimed the rep had no clue what she was talking about, and that I had to be the account manager to even drop off my phone. Are you kidding me?? The rep told me something totally different and now Phil is claiming she is a liar. Okay then Phil, how do I become an account manager to do this right now because I work on the other side of Dothan, and live 40 minutes away and don’t have time to keep running up here wasting my time because no one can get on the same page and do their damn jobs! Phil tells me to call my father who owns the account, and have him use the My Verizon app to add me. App won’t let my father add me, so Phil turns me right out the door. Oh, but before I leave, Phil and his other salesman buddies were congregating and talking horribly about customers they had that day, one being an old lady alone who wasn’t understanding the upgrade process! Straight up disrespecting and taking about how stupid she was. That alone was enough for my father and I to NEVER come back after we get this phone in someone’s hands. Well, last night we finally get me added as an account manager, so I come up there this afternoon to waste more time as I had to wait almost a full hour just to drop off a damn phone. Okay, sure, whatever, just take this phone before I lose my mind. Terry, bless his heart, was SO sweet and informative. He told me I in fact DID NOT HAVE TO BE AN ACCOUNT MANAGER, and that PHIL SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE DAMN PHONE YESTERDAY. When I say livid, I mean I am LIVID. Verizon, you are about to lose a customer of 14 years, over who you choose to be your sales folks. Oh and don’t you think for a second that we are EVER coming back to this specific store. We STRONGLY advise anyone to PLEASE go to another store, don’t go here, for your own sanity and account. Terry, thank you for getting it done for us in the end. Phil, I hope you are relieved of your job, as you clearly have no idea what you are doing, and how to treat people. We are telling everyone to STEER CLEAR.

    HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT!!! Worst Verizon store in existence. They close at 6pm supposedly, but nothing can show that anywhere. Google, scan app on door, and website all state that closing is at 7pm. You would think the door would state their “change”, or in the automated system when signing in on their system. I waited 40 minutes to find this out even though I was checked in and was in the queue and went outside to grab my wife and infant baby. They watched me walk out the door and locked me out and then tried to talk through the door to tell me after the fact I had to stay inside to get service and that me being signed in didn’t matter. The manager Jennifer was useless.

    Truly drove an hour to get to this place just to be gas lighted an not a lick I needed to get done happened, personally I'm paying g off this service an getting off of it not worth my time really
