- TDTrey DresslerAug 17, 20255.0I started at one of their other locations. I simply needed a new phone. I didn't want to chane my plan or anything, just needed to replace my 4 year old Galaxy with the latest model. After they checked the plan and tired to rework the plan (only to realize that my grandfathered plan is better than anything currently available) they tried to process the phone. After another 10 minutes or so of trying to sell me the phone, they said they were having technical issues and I'd have to try another store. They checked the Inverness location (this store) and it showed they had the phone. They said, just drive over the 280 and they'll take care of everything. They didn't tell me they were about to close. I walked in the Inverness store and told them I needed to buy a phone. They said the could sell me the phone, but couldn't process the data swap because they were about to close. I was a little hot, mainly because the previous store didn't properly set my expectations. The guy that was helping me (I didn't catch his name) explained the data swap would be easy (especially because it's samsung vs Apple) and processed the sale and walked me through the steps. They took care of what I needed and ended up staying a little late to make sure I was good to go. I appreciate their help today.
