- JJJJAug 3, 20251.0I've been with verizon since the beginning of the company. I came into today to upgrade / change my. At first it was simple. Pay off the old phone and get the new one. That changed into adding another line, trying to sell me Hotspots, and insurance coverage for home appliances. Absolutely bizarre experience, and when I was confused and asking questions I was told I was making her uncomfortable. Horrible al the way around.

Anyone who enters this store is seemingly the most technologically inept of society, and they will be a burden upon you. This is only exacerbated by the fact that that staff has zero reason to expedite any process, and is incapable of multitasking. I’m generally an anti-Karen considerate person, but all three experiences I have had in this building have been punishing. I hate it here. I hate the wait times. I hate the staff’s lackadaisical attitude, and I hate the clientele of geriatrics that can’t setup a single device by themselves, let alone use an automatic update. This is my hell, and there is no Virgil to walk me through it; he’s too busy trying to setup another line.
