Very sad, they hire drunkin , drug addicts who care nothing about the company or the guests , the management and the park rangers didn't do anything to stop the illegal activities as long as the employees made it to work. The prices are way to extreme and the abuse of J1 employees is horrid

So after calling in a week ago to plan my trip here to make sure I have a good day snowboarding they tell me once you come here you're going to fall in love you're not going to want to go anywhere else I make sure that the lifts are running and they tell me that they're going to be open all season. Today I drive all the way there from an hour away after calling in to find out how the road conditions are and everything is good to go they failed to mention that they close in just a few hours so I drive all the way there just to find out that they're willing to take my money had I not ask them what time they close I find out they close at 3:30 on a nice sunny day like this after fresh snow from a couple days ago they close at 3:30 what an odd time to close that means that you have to wake up at 5 in the morning if you live in an hour or two away from this place just to have enough time to go skiing or snowboarding needless to say this was a terrible experience for the first time going there and I had to immediately turn around and drive two hours towards Snoqualmie so that I cannot have my day ruined and still be able to have time to snowboard on my only day off heads up to anybody going to Crystal they close at 3:30 and they do not listed on Google Maps they do not listed on their website and they do not tell you if you call in unless you specifically ask.
