  This is the best bowling alley I have ever been to! I booked a lane online for 4 people. Apon arriving we had a table with my name on it that came with a waitress. This location has pool tables, an arcade, and several lanes to go bowling. The food was amazing, I recommend the smash burger. The drinks are good. I had many of the southern charms, the establishment was very clean and equipment was well cared for........ But the waitress made the whole experience! She was funny, made sure our drinks stayed full, came back multiple times to make sure we were doing ok and overall the best waitress I think I have ever had! It's been a week since going and my coworkers are still ranting on about the quality of service. If you get the chance to go I would ask for Katelynn K every time!!! Tuesday nights are league nights. We went to go return to the western branch on Tuesday and could not get a lane so we tried the one on medical Ave thinking it would be as great of an experience as this one but sadly it was nowhere near the great experience we had at western branch.

  I had a ball no pun intended. I would've gave 4 stars but the shots are definitely watered down. When tequila doesn't burn and it's ur first shot of the night uk it's not straight liquor.

  THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER DEALT WITH FROM THE FRONT DESK LADY NAME ASHLEY!!!!! Due to us having a party of 7, we couldn't all bowl on 1 lane so I chose to sit out and wait. There was over 8 lanes open and also a big party had just left. I went back up to the desk to talk to ashley about getting a lane she told me non was open and I clearly see nobody by the lanes, so I went and sat back down. I notice no one has came to any lanes for about 25 min so I go back up and ask ashley nobody's on the, she then go on to tell me if you want a lane the wait is 20 min I said ok nevermind.. not even 2mins pass a couple walks in and pay and get the lane next to my family. I politely went up to the couple and ask (verbatim) did you guys reserve the lane. They said no we just walked in and payed. And the other lanes was still empty when we left.That lady took me through so much unnecessary stuff for no reason to the point I didnt even get to bowl. UPDATE!!! the general manager reached out and allow me to voice my issue, not only did he reach out but it was done quick!!! I really appreciate that. THANK YOU JAMAL ROWELL FOR ALLOWING ME TO VOICE MY CONCERNS!!!!!!!!

  Matt and his staff were awesome!!! 🤩 They rolled out the red carpet for us. As soon as we walked through the door they greeted us with a smile! Welcoming us in knowing my son’s name and ready on point!! Answered all of my questions, assisted us throughout. I will definitely be coming back for more parties! I have multiple parties for my kids this was the best organized, put together! Beautiful 😍 decorations! Hands down will be returning. Thank you so very much!!! Matt you guys are wonderful!!! ❤️
