  We rented two ebikes for the day and had a fantastic time riding up to New Freedom PA. The electric assist worked great and made getting up the hills on our ~14 mile roundtrip fast and easy for us. Somewhere near the PA state line we saw a man chasing a runaway pig, it was great! The bikes are pedal-assist but do also have a throttle that gives you a boost from 0 - 4mph in case you forgot to shift the gears down before stopping. Great feature! I've rented janky bicycles before so it was a welcome surprise how well kept up John's rental fleet is, the bikes worked flawlessly and came with convenient saddlebags that easily carried my stuff. Highly recommend!

  Super super rude on the phone pretty much got hung up on for asking if they sold full twist throttles for my ebike super annoying experience do not buy from these people absolutely do not recommend. Customer service is horrible guy is a d***

  John is extremely knowledgeable of all features of Pedego and other e-bikes and generous in sharing this. He follows through with what he says he will do and provides excellent communication and service. He replaced the controller on my wife’s Custom Cruiser and gave us advice on increasing the range of the battery. If we didn’t already own the bike he’d be the one we’d buy from…5 stars!

  I visited Pedego Bikes, with my husband, on Friday. The owner, John, was very welcoming and treated us like long time friends. We really liked the shop set up. I never rode an electric bike but wanted to try one out. John took the time to fit the right bike to me. He needed to make several adjustments and made me feel confident. For the test ride John stayed with me to make sure I didn't have any problems. I loved it and will be back for more riding.

  Wife and I had two hours tour. First time on e-bikes, Incredible? Really enjoyed experience. John is great guide and very knowledge about the bikes and tour guide. Bikes easy to learn after 10-15 minutes. Pedal asset makes uphill effortless and its automatic. The is especially helpful for seniors. I got so carried away I cycled extra mile without knowing no one was behind me! John finally caught up to me to rejoin tour. Highly recommend.
