The Michelob Ultra on draft was off and the lanes/balls are not oiled. Would not recommend if you actually want to/like bowling. Music was good at least.

I usually do not leave bad reviews because I always think that everyone can make a mistake. However, I have experienced really bad customer service from this location. We made a kids birthday party, April 5th for 20 kids. When I did the reservation I was told that we will have 4 lanes, but on the day of the event I was told I will be having just 3. I wasn’t planning to argue so I accepted it and order one more lane for additional fee. Even though the event was paid upfront, I had an open tab for the adult guests and at the end of course i needed to pay. At the moment I wasn’t presented with the invoice and I didn’t realize what I was paying for. Later, when I received the invoice I saw I was charged for additional 20 rental shoes. I right away sent email and tried to call and of course no-one answered. I received email two days later explaining that the fee its for the adults??? Neither of the adult rented shoes nor was bowling. They were just helping the kids. Neither I had 20 adults. The event manager wanted to charge extra probably something for her, because she said she will review the invoice and issue a refund. No refund received until today and no answer received from Jiribette (event manager) I spent almost 2k for this birthday and received nothing but bad service. Just to add that on the party half of the food was missing for the kids. No birthday parties here anymore. Thanks

ASK FOR A PRINTED ITEMIZED BILL. Undisclosed 18% service charge on all checks. No disclosure of the service charge (as required by Chicago food vendor rules) on any menu, digital or printed, and no disclosures on tables. Servers explicitly told us there was no auto service fee. They, by default, do not provide itemized bills and ask you pay just seeing the total on the tablet. If you ask for a printed itemized bill (which you definitely should based on my experience) the servers act like you're asking for their firstborn.

I had my birthday party here last night and it was a lot of fun, i do definitely recommend but my only issue was that we spent ALOT of money to be there and the server that was on our lane was rude and could care less about us. We reserved two lanes from 8-10 and wanted to all meet up around 7 at the bar, which was great, the bartender was awesome and so was the host/the girl that gave us our shoes and took our names(thank you!) another server did step up and take care of us and he was also amazing. Overall great time, pretty expensive but worth it. I want to put 5 stars but that server was so mean to us that I can’t, coming from a full group of service industry people someone should talk to her about her attitude.

My company had our annual party at Lucky Strike Wrigleyville recently and I was thrilled with the experience. We're a small team but were treated like royalty. Christian, Yvonne, and Vanessa were so kind and accommodating throughout our visit. The food service was quick and well attended to, our cocktails were delicious, and my team had a fantastic time bowling, playing Jenga and shuffleboard, as well as racking up credits at the arcade. The online booking process was smooth and customer service answered my questions promptly. I was also amazed at the reasonable pricing. Overall, a 5 star experience. Thank you LSW team!
