  Came here Friday night sometime between 1:00 am and 2:30 am. The place wasn’t busy at all, it was almost dead. Most tables were closed, some had 1 player against the house, but it looked like most of the action the casino was in the high roller room where most table seat were filled. They do have a mix of newer and older slots. I appreciated with the historic feel of the building and the entrance from the river walk into the casino with 2 cascading stairwells the wrapped along both sides down into the casino entrance. There were a couple guys outside the entrance asking for spare change smoking cigarettes and a guy as soon you walk in the building was sitting on the floor nodding off. Gives off strong vibes of peddlers, drunks, low life’s, drug users and prostitutes. The best thing about this location is the preservation of a historic building.

  I love it here its clean it's fun the workers are very nice and the place is awesome I've been going here for a long time and have no complaints.

  I arrived at the poker room about 30–40 minutes before opening, and Alejandro was very helpful in patiently answering all my questions about how the room operates, typical wait times, and how to sign up for morning games in the future. The dealers during the morning and afternoon (Ishela, Crystal, and Debbie) were extremely friendly and professional, and the waitress at the Penalty Box Sportsbook and Bar was equally courteous and professional.

  I’ve been going to this place regularly, and overall I’ve lost more than $30,000 at the roulette tables. Over the past six weeks, I’ve noticed a pattern: I try to cover all 36 numbers, but the ball keeps landing on 0. This has happened multiple times, and within about an hour I end up losing $3,000–$4,000. It honestly feels like something isn’t right. I’ve heard similar concerns from other people about this casino as well. When players lose, the staff seem completely unbothered—even pleased—but when someone starts winning, they watch very closely. At one point, I even heard a floor manager question why people keep coming to this particular casino when there are other options available. Overall, it’s been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I understand it's your business show some courtesy.
