The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Went over the entire process of riding the bike from the moment you get on, until the moment you get off (believe me, I needed the lesson since I had not been on a bike in over 30 years). Gave instruction on the battery pack, the pedal assist feature, seat adjustments, locking cable...just answered every quesiton we had with patience and knowledge. So, if you're looking for an ebike to cruise around the city....make Pedego Electric Bikes your first and only stop! Thanks guys at Pedego, the ride home from your shop was AMAZING AND FUN!!!
