- BHBobby HintonJun 18, 20225.0I just test-rode the electric bike. It was awesome. So my girlfriend and I brought 2. We rode them to Outback and a couple of people asked us about the bikes. We waited a year and it was worth it. Steve and Jennifer were excellent service providers.

We had a slight issue early in our day that was unpreventable. After a quick call to the shop our issue was quickly resolved with wonderful customer service. No company can guarantee there will never be a problem. The real measure of their commitment to you as a customer is how they respond to unexpected events. This team rates 5 star in that regard. I recommend E- bikes to anyone looking for a great time, especially when your group is compromised of various levels of fitness. Our family ranged from three professional athletes to a sixty five year young aunt. Everyone said, “ We will absolutely do this again when we return to Tampa”. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.
