  You know, even tho I didn’t win anything, the elder security officer there was an absolute gentleman. That alone was very appealing and I wish him the best. I’m terrible at remembering names but I’d remember his face. Slot machines were clean and fun.

  They're very lacking when it comes service, on the commercial you see waitresses walking around being friendly making sure everyone has drinks that is not the case here you're lucky if you see a server . Not the server's fault I think they're way understaffed

  I live in Kingman, I usually gamble in Laughlin, great casinos to pick from even AVI one of my favorite rez casinos. Me and my wife were passing through, we decided to stop and gamble. I noticed when I was at the ATM there was an employee watching everyone's transactions at the ATM. I decided not to take any money out, I found my wife, she told me that the staff is making her feel uncomfortable, on our way out we noticed everyone was being watched very closely with a stone cold look on their faces. This has to be the most unwelcoming casino I have ever been in. Would not recommend.
