- JFJoni Freeman3 days ago5.0We opened up in 2024, a year later we are adding amenities in to our park, we have a playground/pavilion area and also a soon to be restroom/laundry room facility to the park. Friendly community, helpful guests, and fantastic management. You won’t be disappointed!
- KSKevin SchaefferDec 27, 20253.0At first it's a nice quiet place to live, but in the past few months due to poor vetting a few individuals have been involved in criminal activities. And due to it's location Police & Sheriff's response time is poor. It leaves residents & there personal property in a unsafe position. Again, vetting is a major issue. Everyone deserves peace & safety. Many if not all current residents are extremely wonderful & helpful. But Management needs to be aware of whats going on to insure the safety of all. Thank you.

I have stayed in 3 other RV parks in the area, and this place was by far my favourite! It is quiet, I have always felt safe, even at night. It is far away from the main road that it sounds nice and quiet and peaceful with all the insects and birds with their songs. Honestly an absolute paradise, it breaks my heart that I had to leave so soon due to personal reasons. Joni is the RV park manager, and she is so hands on and helpful, always doing what she can to make the park feel like home. She honestly became someone I'd consider a friend, even in the short while I was there. All my neighbors valued privacy, so it never felt like I was getting snooped on, but it was still possible to have friendly interractions with them 😊💖 I will miss this park, and I could not recommend it enough (also $575 a month with all utilities included is an absolute STEAL! And they offer cheaper monthly prices if you pay for months or a year in advance!)
