  Had special education bowling here and they were trying to force people to buy their food. Making people eat outside food in their cars. We tried to order their food, after over 30 minutes in line, I was told it was about 1 hour to get our food. If you're going to force people to eat here, give better service! Not to mention they closed the kitchen at 12. Why are you closing the kitchen at 12 which is LUNCH TIME and not letting people bring in food???? For the amount the school pays to rent the place, people should be able to eat whatever they want. Also, they have one side of the building with the doors locked which is against fire code.

  Place is a complete rip off and straight robbery!!! Won’t ever go back here again. Paying $75 a couple to bowl for 2 hrs is crazy. Then they’re robbing people on drinks. they don’t have drink prices on the menu. $41 for only 2 drinks that’s not even strong at all no buzz no nothing is straight robbery. So 2 drinks cost the same price as an actual bottle of liquor🧐. Then have the nerve to try ask for gratuity. Smh low end bowling place is a rip off. I wouldn’t advise anybody to go there

  Terrible service, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT Connor has no customer service the wait staff needs more training and the draft beer comes with mold. Will definitely be reporting them and calling corporate. Spend your money elsewhere.

  The lanes had enough oil on them that you could cook an egg! When you bowl 6 games on the same pair of lanes and still have oil all over your balls that's entirely too much! It doesn't matter whether you're bowling league or tournament! I had a give a star so I could make my comment, it doesn't deserve a star!

  This was our first time visiting Bowlero, and more than likely our last. After waiting 30 minutes for our order, I went to ask about it. Apparently, they were waiting for IDs for the alcohol, yet no one ever came to ask us for them. I had to go get our drinks from the bar myself. About 45 minutes later, our food finally arrived—and it was cold. Nearly 50 minutes after that, I checked on a milkshake I had ordered at the same time as the food and drinks. It still wasn’t ready. The cashier explained they were behind and said she’d bring it out soon. An hour later, I went back again and was told the milkshake had been dropped. Instead of remaking it right away, the staff just complained about it. We still had to tip, even though I had to pick up my own drinks and no real service was provided beyond delivering the food. Over $400 spent for a family of six, and the entire experience was disappointing. To top it off, no apology or gesture was offered—not even a coupon or complimentary drink. Very poor service from start to finish.
