Iwish that I had glowing reviews as so many have written, but my experience with this merchant, Trek Bicycle Wayne On Lancaster Avenue in Wayne Pennsylvania was TERRIBLE. I waited 30 minutes for them to take my Trek Mountain Bike bicycle in for a gear service. They kept my bicycle for one month. When it was finally ready in August 2024, they charged me $500. I resumed cycling two months ago .and, again the bike is not riding well. I take it into REÍ. They serviced my bicycle in one week.. When I picked up the bike, the tech showed me a box with my worn brakes and said that he has never seen brakes that badly worn. Cost $200. I Guess Trek Bicycle Wayne never rode my bike to test the gears. Shame on Trek B. Wayne for not noticing or mentioning how worn my brakes were. As most cyclists know, failed brakes may be fatal. I recommend that loyal customers ask Trek Bicycles Wayne for a full safety assessment any time that you work with them. It may save your life
