  If you are looking for great food close to home, you won’t get it at this place. They never answer the phone. I’ve tried placing large orders 4 times in the last 6 months. called over 10 times for each event. Today wanted to order pizzas for a party we were having. After trying to call lots of times for over an hour we are ordering from God Fathers Pizza in Tecumseh. Why do they not care to answer their phone. Is there no manager in charge here?

  I had VIP invite for New Year’s Eve event it was terrible! They had you in line outside for about 2 hours and once you got inside another 1 hour line for food and then another hour for your free play. You could not sit down and play any machine way to many people..

  Went for New Year's Eve with some friends. It was total chaos. Long lines for the free drinks and food that took over an hour to get through. Couldn't find any games to get on and in the 3 hours there I spent all my time in lines. Maybe they'll revise their plans and coordinate better next time. 0/10

  Went there for their exclusive invitation only New Years Eve Roaring 20's Celebration...WHAT A TOTAL MESS! The event was over sold to the extreme. What people had to deal with: A 20-30 minute wait to get in, an hour wait in line to have your scratch off free play(s) validated, a 2 hour line for food(which ran out), a 20 minute wait at the bar (if you could get in)....basically the only place you could be without getting bumped into was a stall in the bathroom(and you had to wait in line for a stall)! Not sure what the exact capacity of the casino is but is was fully exceeded. The concept was great, the staff was outstanding in dealing with the masses and for the most part people were cordial (I guess misery loves company) Management of the casino really needs to reevaluate hosting events like this as this was overwhelming.

  They had a special event tonight that to me was very very poorly executed. They were totally disorganized. We waited for an hour in line just to get into the front door and then found that there was even longer lines to get dinner and the scratch offs on the ticket that my wife had. She played one game didn’t do any good I played one didn’t do any good and then we left because I was tired of standing in lines when they have events like this they really really need to be more organized. I will always give it a five star because we’ve been there many times when it hasn’t been very busy at all and sometimes we’ve won sometimes we’ve lost but it’s a nice little casino. They just don’t know how to organize any kind of events.
