  We reserved the VIP lounge for our family of 20 on a Sunday afternoon. Upon our arrival we realized that they didn’t have staff available for our party to take our food or drink orders. Mind you we only have the lanes for 2 hours and they shut on and off at the 2 hour mark. Some in our party spent at least 15-20 minutes trying to get drinks which in turn caused delays in our bowling. They had one bartender and another staff member working a couple of birthday parties. I would think with the price we were charged for the lounge a staff member should have been available upon our arrival. After about 45 minutes or so and us complaining we did get a staff member to help with food orders. Honestly the manager on duty didn’t seem to have things under control and no urgency to step in and help where needed. I wish I could remember the young lady that finally helped with our party because I would most definitely shout her out for all she did for our group. We had a good time in spite of our issues. But, I do feel we should have been given extra time to bowl. In the future please make sure you have staffing for the VIP lounge.

  clean inside, nice seating areas. the arcade is a tad bit expensive than we would have liked. but overall good experience. Definitely reserve ahead because it gets busy with 1-2 hour wait times for Bowling.

  Terrible service go somewhere else. Booked a reservation for 6 the day before, we show up 13 mins before and it took them over 30 mins to even find our reservation. The guy at the front desk had no clue what he was doing. Becky the “sales person” who booked our reservation was no help at all besides finding a piece of paper with our booking reservation which took 30 minutes! Mind you I was showing the guy at the desk my email that it was paid for. Over priced bowling and food, this place is so cheap they have robots like at the Mexican food places bring out your food cause they are to cheap to hire workers. Also my wife went to get us two pitchers of beer it took her almost 40 minutes to come back with them because there is 1 bar tender on a Friday night. 1 hour of bowling is 45$ 1 pitcher of beer is over 20$ we could not even enjoy our drinks because of how long it took to get them. And then we were screwed out of 30 mins of bowling cause of how long it took them to find our reservation, reservation was at 6 there was not a lot of people there at that time. Very poor service and the lady behind the desk was very rude will never come here again. Go somewhere else

  Pretty cool just tried the arcade. Will try the bowling and laser tag and bar when we go without the RugRats 🤣..Arcade is cool tho prices are ok just have the kids brings their allowance as well 😂

  We went for my son's birthday, there were plenty of empty lanes yet they put a party of 6 next to us, The place is kinda dark so bowling arrows can be hard to locate. Pizza was fair with minimal toppings. Not a fan of bowling by the hour as leads to partial games and ball return is not quick. Place seems nice but not worth the money. I greatly prefer Timbers.
