- TMTimothy MahoneyAug 1, 20251.0Terrible, when in to replace 1 spoke on a hybrid wheel with literally no damage to it and they said wheel was beyond repair and could not be trued, without even putting the new spoke on to test it. How do you know that it can't be trued without first installing the new spoke? Quoted $150 for new wheel and tire. Lame, this use to be my go to bike shop. Canned response about rider safety is disingenuous and insulting. Took it to Montgomery Cycle and they replaced the spoke and tried the wheel.
