The owner took time and found it online for me and took extra time to explain things to a bicycle novice. He could have charged whatever price but suggested I simply buy myself and save any markup. This was above and beyond what was expected. Definitely plan to make my go to bicycle shop.

Was called today to basically say the total cost of the repairs will exceed the cost of just buying a new bike. I wish that discovery was made during consultation. Especially since i looked forward to riding my bike for the rest of summer. I took my bike back, however I was curious about the used bikes the store had. I was shown a section and was not really helped in figuring out what would work best for me. Really left the shop dissatisfied. Would recommend that the customer service to be improved.

I had no experience with Ebikes and wasn;t gonna find it there. Very dissapointed. Back to TREK to see what I can get there.
