Traditional Mexican with a Guy Fieri twist. Signature margaritas, enchiladas, frozen cocktails all served up with colorful, casual vibes. Authentic tortas and enchiladas. Packed tacos, burritos, and fajitas. Kick back and top it all off with fresh house-made salsas, all prepared in an open kitchen.
Very midrange. Burger was ok. Chicken was dry and bland. Tortillas prob came out of a bag. Rice was almost certainly the instant kind you get in the microwavable bag. Borracho beans were...beans. Would've given 3 stars, but the draft beer was out of order. Guy Fieri, you should rethink putting your name on this place...makes me question your credibility.

The server was so nice and great. Had the trashcan nacho... Honestly throw it in the trash. Had the spicy pineapple marg... nasty. The food for the price has large portions which is good but the quality is so bad. I would rather smaller portions and higher quality. I have a stomach of iron... but damn... this made me sick. Threw away most of the nachos. So gross... How can this be served...

Server was friendly but the food was super mediocre at best, especially for the price you pay on top of the small portions. Plus the price on the menu didn't reflect the final bill, unless I received an old menu that hadn't been updated or something. Never coming back, rather get a weeks worth of taco bell instead.

Don't sit in a booth if you can help it as you will be bumped around by the one opposite. The food itself is below average, the service is below average, and the prices are above average. There are plenty of other alternatives around the casino, or indeed the area.

We made a reservation at Guy Fieri’s restaurant in the Rio Casino for a group of 20–30 people, and the entire experience was unbelievably disappointing from start to finish.
Despite having a confirmed reservation for 4:00 PM, we weren’t seated until 4:05—and even then, the table only had space for 15 people. It took over an hour before anyone gave us menus or even acknowledged us, and we didn’t receive our sodas until 4:45. For almost the entire first hour, no server or manager spoke to us at all.
We had a set menu with specific appetizer and entrée options, yet the staff only took our appetizer orders at first. The appetizers came out tiny, poorly prepared, and in some cases, cold—especially the soup. When entrée orders were finally taken, the portions were again extremely small and arrived cold, despite us watching them come straight from the kitchen. The food was genuinely unpleasant, and several members of our party ended up feeling sick afterward.
To make matters worse, they assigned just one server to handle our entire group, which was completely unreasonable—especially since they knew the size of our reservation ahead of time. When the manager eventually stepped in, they were rude and dismissive rather than helpful.
We had also been provided “specialty menus” for our event, but these were barely readable. The print quality was terrible, and multiple menus had children’s scribbles on them. It was shocking and unprofessional.
After spending over $2,000, this was easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had—terrible service, awful food, and unacceptable management. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially for large groups.
