Traditional Mexican with a Guy Fieri twist. Signature margaritas, enchiladas, frozen cocktails all served up with colorful, casual vibes. Authentic tortas and enchiladas. Packed tacos, burritos, and fajitas. Kick back and top it all off with fresh house-made salsas, all prepared in an open kitchen.
Not a fan of Fieri so it's not a huge surprise I'm not impressed with his restaurant chain. Cash & credit cards accepted. Mexican-inspired food. Cost is on-par for a Vegas casino, meaning more expensive than you'd pay outside of the hotel. Beer and margaritas as well as sodas for beverages.
The food here isn't bad per se. But considering the cost, it's not very good Mexican food. Honestly, if that's what you're craving then head out of the hotel and you can find plenty of mom and pop restaurants who would love your business and provide you with a very authentic experience. Here, you're paying for the brand name and dishes amped up to try and impress you. Portion sizes are large but flavors really are mediocre soas to appeal to as many taste buds as possible.
It can get busy here particularly at meal times and towards the evening.

This was a fun place to see and visit but, being from Texas, I am used to a wider variety of options in my mexican restaurants. They did not even have queso on the menu. The plates of food were humongous though. Overall a pretty average experience for us when you expect more from one of the most expensive cities in the world.

Great little spot in the Rio casino. The food was excellent, service was a little slow though. It seemed like everywhere during out visit the restaurants were short staffed. Once our items were ordered they came quickly. Friendly staff, just seemed short handed.

Don't go here. The only thing good was the bartenders that were over worked and not giving working equipment. Three of us went there before a show. Beer tappers were not working (should have been a warning sign) so I ordered a soda while my buddy ordered wine (bad mistake). The wine was cheap, stale, and made him sick for the next day.
Two of us ordered the burritos. Mine was cold in the center, the steak was chewy, and it had an unexciting flavor.
The only thing I can say was the bartenders were very nice. Overworked, had junk all over behind the bar, and broken equipment.

This was the stingiest restaurant I've ever eaten in. It was very unpleasant as they were not very accommodating to dietary restrictions due to cancer. The staff seemed annoyed even though the restaurant was dead and we had a party of 10.
One and done with this one. It was not worth it.
