  It is new to us cause we'd never been there before but great atmosphere and the staff were very nice and helpful. And the location is key cause it's right off the 15 freeway on I believe it is hwy.164 but you can see it from the exit at the 15 frwy. But we really liked it and look forward to going again maybe get a room or see if they have an rv park there and take the ol coach motorhome and stick around for a few day's.

  I was invited to a tournament and decided to give it a try as I have never done one before. It was a lot of fun, and the M resort is beautiful and quiet. The bakery/ice cream/coffee shop was good and is open 24 hours. The workers told me all of the items are made in house. The Vig deli had a decent variety and open from about 11am until about 6am the following morning. Perfect for when you need something to eat at 2am. It's location is the biggest downside, about a 15 minute UBER ride to the strip or Fremont.

  We had a four night stay. Our rooms were not cleaned for two of the days of our stay. {We made sure that the 'Do not disturb' button was not lit each time we left our room for the day). We called down in the evening of the second night (we were out of our room all day) to let them know that our room had not been cleaned, the beds were not made, and relented to them sending up clean towels. I had also left s note in the room for the cleaning crew to dust a shelf that was loaded with dust. Two days later, we also returned to our room late in the evening to find unmade beds and no clean towels.

  On Veterans Day, I decided to stay at the resort somehow or another. I dropped the keys to my house out in the west parking lot. I remember putting them in a bag of mine and zipping it up, but somehow they must’ve fell out and they were found by security. I can truly say job well done, and I greatly appreciate the time and effort of the person who turned the keys in to lost and found. 🙏🏻 The resort itself is a wonderful, quiet destination,great location,always clean, never smell smoke, and enjoy my time very much. Enjoy my stay every time I come to visit. Thank you again

  POOL CLOSED! Should be in red across thr top of their website! They closed both pools to the point you couldn’t even walk around them or lay in a chair if you wanted to. NO WAY we would have stayed here knowing that the main entertainment area was closed! It was 85 each day we visited and that was in November! A few other smaller issues - waited forever for our room to be cleaned to open the frig and see food still in there from previous guests. Smelled awful said they would send house keeping to disinfect. They never came. I had Lysol and sprayed it after taking the trash down the hall. The TV in the bathroom mirror never worked. Stayed frozen the entire time. Those are small minor issues. The pool was a HUGE disappointment.
