I bought a bike here today, and while I’ve been to this shop before and initially liked it, today’s experience was completely unacceptable. One of the employees was outright rude and aggressive when I was checking the bike — I switched the gear without realizing it might cause an issue, and he started yelling, “This isn’t your bike to break, it’s my bike!” in a very hostile tone. Even after I apologized, he kept repeating it. I genuinely don’t know how he assumed I was doing that on purpose to damage the bike — that’s just unreasonable.
To be fair, another worker noticed how I was being treated and tried to speak to me politely, which I appreciated. But the damage was already done — no customer should ever be spoken to like that.
That kind of behavior toward a paying customer is inexcusable. People come here to buy bikes, not to be yelled at or disrespected. I still completed the purchase only because I didn’t want to waste my time, but this experience completely changed how I see this shop, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

A Shop You Can Actually Trust
Zach’s shop is one of those rare places that makes you feel taken care of the second you walk in. He’s not just a bike expert—he’s someone who actually listens, takes pride in his work, and treats every customer with respect. Whether you need a quick tune-up or you’re building something from scratch, Zach brings real passion and honesty to everything he does. It’s the kind of local business that deserves all the love. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else.
