The operators of the store were amazing gantowski showed us everything we needed to know took us on a nice test drive explained everything and went out of their way to deliver our bikes at the end of their shift awesome customer experience.

The rental process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain how the electric bike worked and went over all the safety guidelines, which made me feel confident and comfortable before hitting the trail. I rode 7 miles on a scenic trail, and the ride was smooth, fun, and surprisingly easy thanks to the electric assist. It was such a great way to enjoy the outdoors and get some fresh air. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try out an electric bike whether you're a beginner like me or an experienced rider. I’ll definitely be back!
