I no longer work in the area so I haven't been out this way in quite some time, other than riding at Umstead when I can make the trip. I recently had three of my four bikes serviced here and I have to say, the Cary Trek store went out of their way to make me a happy customer. I had been dealing with an irritating squeal on my Supercaliber 9.9 purchased a little over a year ago. Other Trek shops in the area were unable to pinpoint the noise. The Cary Trek store found and resolved the noise while in the store. I was surprised that I did not have to leave it there. A couple weeks later I brought in my Procaliber 9.7 which has been creaking on every ride. Other Trek shops were unable to resolve the creaking noises. Once again, the Cary Trek shop resolved the issue. The turnaround times for the repairs for the bikes left in-store, were ridiculously fast. I was given estimated dates for when the bikes would be serviced and I received text notifications well prior to the dates given, stating my bikes were ready for pickup. I was truly impressed with this as it alllowed me to get back on my rides much quicker than anticipated. Thanks to everyone at this shop for everything done, over the past few weeks. Jeremmy, Brett and the rest of the team, all of you are awesome. Keep up the great work there in Cary!
