Made calls to the front desk inquiring if renovations were occurring at night because every 4-6 minutes, there was a loud noise that sounded like metal clanging. It went on all night, so as a light sleeper, I didn't get much sleep. It was the following morning around 6:30 that I realized it was the elevator :( Very annoying

- AAAlahna AslanisNov 17, 20251.0I lost my phone here on Saturday night and nobody would even try to help me find it I called the security office and the man in there proceeded to tell me that I was looking for footage of inside of the restroom. I know that there are no cameras in the restroom and that’s not at all what I was looking for and he was very rude to me even after I apologized for cussing and he flat out refused to even review the footage for me of me coming out of the restroom to see if I had it when I came out or if someone might have picked it up off of the slot I sat down at. The best help I got that night was from a random woman and when I filed a police report. I went to T-Mobile the next day to get a new phone and I explained to them what happened and a man told me it was weird they didn’t review the footage for me because they looked at the footage for him when he lost his at the casino not long before I lost mine. Extremely upsetting ruined my night there and cost me $150 to replace my phone because nobody would help me find it.

The guy actually sarcastically said, " do you have a problem?" I told him yes, I paid for the campsite/power, and he was being disrespectful. The picture shows after he moved the carts to an empty site next to me. Another woman tried to move them back on our site, and I'm afraid my husband was not as nice to them. She also removed the cart! Apparently this is OK with Hollywood Casino. We were on # 22.

I was unable to get a Players card as hard as Kay and Donna tried it seems the system would NOT issue a card for me. They were SO nice and helpful. Hopefully their IT dept can figure it out. The Buffet was Excellent and we will def be back.
