  Rooms do not have fridges/microwaves. Ice machine on 8th floor is broken, was told by front desk use a machine on another floor. Buffet is WAY overpriced for the quality that's offered, definitely regular buffet food. The little sandwich shop has the best workers, delicious food.

  The hotel is an older hotel without a lot of amenities. We were surprised to not have a safe in our room where we typcially put our medications while we are out of the room. We are an older disabled couple imagine our surprise to have a couple with young children in the room next to ours. Toddlers screaming and slamming doors well into 2 am - calls made to the front dest yielded no response - after driving for 12 hours all we wanted was to relax, play, eat and go to bed... One of the reasons we stay in Casino hotels is hopefully not run into this situtation.. Who knew children were allowed in a casino? Yes we saw them in the gaming room .. We have been doing this for 27 years - guess there if a first for everything. So my suggestion would be to please put young families on a floor separate from older single people.. not receptive to wanting sleep when they retire.

  I dont EVER give a bad review but I feel it is nessasary to warn casino goers that do the Slot machines. We've visited here several times and payouts on slots are the lowest of any casinos we have visited anywhere between Vegas and north of ga. We will not be back. It's a total waste of money and time. And don't even get us started about getting your hands on your tiny free play it's the worst all around. The card is usless.

  Bed bugs EVERYWHERE manager confirmed bed bugs refused to offer us any type of HELP.. would not switch our rooms till two days later DO NOT Waste YA MONEY HERE on rooms here We just came from out of town and we're very disappointed Pool closed Check in desk rude Manager moved us two days into our stay after checking and confirming bed bugs (we had to stay at the Holiday inn because it was so infested) Would not recommend especially at their prices 🤣🤣🤣

  I wont say anything nagative about the staff. Lovely ladies and gentlemen who work hard and are always very polite *correction, all but this crabby older woman at the cash counter. They should move her. She was the last thing I experienced there and I was ok not being ahead that night. I was not ok with loosing money and then whwn I said I was down tonight the response was "well what do did you expect"...... I expect to pay to be entertained not talk to like I was stupid for coming there. Any way the machines are hit and miss like every were else. Dont be fooled by all the extra little video cues. They mean nothing. The bowl of coins will pop full or empty. Move around and dont forget that the only one making you stay at a single machine is you.
