  We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Bowlero with a group of 12 kids. Between the bowling, arcade time, and food, the total came to around $500. Shortly after we arrived, we were told that if any of the parents ate the food that *we had already paid for*, we would be charged an additional $10 per adult. Having previously held a birthday party here, this was a surprise. In the past, we fed the kids first and let parents have whatever leftovers remained—which always felt reasonable. This time, we were essentially told that parents couldn’t eat the food even though they were attending a party during dinner time and the extra food would have been thrown away. We didn’t request more food or ask for anything beyond what was included; we simply didn’t want to be rude to the adults who stayed. I understand Bowlero is transitioning to Lucky Strike, and maybe these policy changes are part of that shift. However, this new rule was a major disappointment. Several parents at the party had hosted events here before and were considering doing so again—after learning about the new policy, every single one of them expressed how unreasonable it felt. Bowlero is already on the expensive side. Adding surprise fees for adults to eat leftover food comes across as nickel-and-diming customers who are already spending a significant amount of money. This experience has made us rethink hosting future events here, and I hope the company reconsiders this policy.

  Alexis and Eduardo were so great. Eduardo made sure we got lanes and Alexis made sure my finances thirtieth as well as our other boys thirtieth birthdays! We had a blast! Thank you Alexis and Eduardo!

  I had an amazing time with my kids at Bowlero, the front desk staff are super amazing and super kind, seeming to be hard workers and dedicated to their job. I took my kids to the Arcade and there was this lovely lady with a smile on her face engaging with my kids and I, only making my kids happier and happier by the minute. The servers and hosts are wonderful people. This place is a go to.

  Theres not a place like this that will take care of you if you're into the bowling thats fine too. Im a regular, ive recommend this place as a personal experience as well as corporate events. Bowling is very mid, not the best or the worse in my opinion. They could do better with league events as well as lane maintenance. Ive been here since Brunswick. Seen alot of change with this place long before the name change and COVID which ruined all our lives. One thing has been constant and its service for me, one person in particular, Alexis. People like Alexis had always been the reason why I always come back. Her service to this place has been above average. When she not here I see a substantial difference in care and the parties I recommend also notice a huge difference, too. Not to say the service is bad but people like Alexis made the difference on weather or not I want to come back or not. Its why im a regular here. This place doesnt always fall short but when I change things up im more disappointment in other places and find myself coming back to this place. Hope places like this in the entertainment industry understand how important service is when it comes to theor bottom line. As a business in the entertainment industry, know who your front facing people are and how they take care of everything you see and DON'T see. Its why im a regular here. Its not convenient for me to come here either.

  Went to a party today with my son and his teammates. Incredibly impressed by our party helper, Alexis. She was slammed when we got there but she did so great, we were shocked she didn't have more people helping her out. We quickly realized that she was great all on her own despite the workload. Alexis was hilarious, (helped us with some insider tips to explain our terrible bowling skills, which were obviously not due to our terrible bowling skills 😆), fast, attentive and kept the drinks flowing. The boys all had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again in the future.
