- SCScott CAug 17, 20255.0Went to their retail store because like a dope I forgot our shore power cable on our trip to Wells. We have a Surveyor and they take a twist lock cable and while they didn't have the exact cable they had a cable and the adapter. Tye's saved our vacation. Thank you so much!

They told me what information they needed and gave me a name and number of a local locksmith if needed. Fortunately I was able to get the information they suggested and they had the replacement keys we needed in stock! We are very thankful for their help!

Their work ethic is superb and they were very thorough… Each day they made sure to police the area, and at the end of the job, everything was cleaned up and we were quite satisfied… I would not hesitate to recommend Ty Rv for work on your unit and your Florida room

After a week with our Class C Motorhome, repair supposedly made, we discovered the problem was not fixed after setting up camp. Reported our concern and Ty came to our site, a week later, to see why the repair didn’t work. He looked at it and said he would be back within the week with parts. Weeks later and numerous phone calls no reply. We fixed the problem ourselves and no parts were needed. Emails, text messages and phone calls asking for a partial refund and still no reply as of yet. Dissatisfied and disappointed!
