We came into an otherwise empty venue with a party of five after watching a movie upstairs… an easy $200 tab at minimum… and were told to leave over a cup of hot tea. When I asked if I could finish it at the table so my children could play a game, Jeremy dismissively told me to exit “his” establishment and finish my tea in the hallway. An empty bowling alley refusing a $200 table over hot tea is certainly a business strategy. The attitude was unnecessary, unwelcoming, and incredibly short sighted for a business that clearly needed customers. Hospitality was clearly not on the menu. When I asked for his name, he further escalated the interaction by dismissively calling me “boss”… wildly inappropriate, condescending, and unprofessional. Jeremy’s attitude will ensure this empty venue stays this way!

They checked in regularly, handled every detail with ease, and made the entire process stress-free for me as the organizer. If you’re planning a corporate event, party, or any special occasion, I HIGHLY recommend Lucky Strike Bethesda. Amazing venue, incredible food, and a team that truly goes above and beyond.
