Came in for a boot fitting for my girlfriend who hasn't skied in several years. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Beware of these guys. Terrible ski shop, nobody knows what they are doing or how to help with a single online order. All just want to redirect you to the next guy to get you off the phone. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Ordered a pair of skis for my partner before Christmas (last Monday).
Received no communication regarding their status
All the other stuff I ordered from OTHER establishments arrived (helmet, goggles, bindings, ski suit, boots) but no skis? I sent an email. No response. Thought to myself, oh hey it’s the weekend now so maybe I’ll wait until Monday. Monday rolls around no response, so I decided to call them.
I tried to call the Quincy location, they told me to call other one. I called other one. They told me to call warehouse. I called Quincy back, they told me to wait to talk to Jason. I called back, they told me they can’t help me and the person I need for my order is out and tried to guilt me by telling me about how he was out with his mother in hospital. Clearly they were just trying to get rid of me by redirecting me since they knew he was out.
Basically these folks are about as helpful as a life vest made of concrete. Don’t do your business here.
While I never received any follow up emails, it appears they sent my girlfriend a link to their Shopify order system which says they refunded it (doesn’t give reason, no fraud on my card, all rest of stuff went through, appears to be issue on their end)
TLDR: Canceled my order without cause before Christmas probably due to how disorganized they are, leading me to need to reorder from different company days before Christmas because they couldn’t be bothered to let me know they cancelled me original order. Customer service is non existent, and actively wasted my time. Probably the worst ski shop I’ve ever come in contact with, openly passive aggressive and unhelpful.

Matt helped me pick out the perfect skis for me and tuned them up for the season. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!

The staff here are friendly and helpful, but I really wish they were a bit more professional. My wife has small feet, and they ended up giving her a pair of HV boots. The next thing we knew, she had bruises on her toes. At first, we thought it was her skiing technique, but luckily a friend suggested she try a different pair of boots—and that solved the problem.
Another issue is I’m 5'11" and my wife is 5'6", yet we both ended up with the same 120 cm poles. Maybe that’s the perfect length for both of us, but she eventually had to buy a shorter pair elsewhere. My own boots didn’t fit well either, the part of my calf that’s inside the ski boot hurts really bad every time I ski — it’s simply too small for me. Though the staff assured me it was the best option and that I could come back anytime for adjustments. I only did that once, and after a year of doubting myself, I finally bought another pair at a different shop—which fit perfectly.
To be fair, the staff seem knowledgeable and talk like professionals; maybe the place just wasn’t for us. I’d still recommend shopping here if you already know what you want—the staff are nice and willing to help, do make an appointment with them ahead of time, they tend to get busy.
