  The amount of knowledge here is amazing! We went in for skis and poles, and Alec was incredibly helpful. She helped guide me to a couple of options for my specific requests, and wasn't afraid to state which one she thought would be the best. Online reviewers seem to agree once I looked up the model. The assistant manager (I can't remember his name) was also amazing! We needed to special order the poles I was looking for, and ensure they'd be here soon. He walked through also checking on the manufacturer's site so that we could confirm that their buyer would be able to get them, just to make sure there would be no delays.

  I had a great boot-fitting experience here. Ben was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. As a beginner, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and excited to ski. Highly recommend if you want expert help and a truly personalized experience.

  Go elsewhere for ski boots! I was fitted here for ski boots in 2024 and the boot fitter recommended boots that were two sizes too small. After a very painful weekend of skiing and severely bruising both toes (lost both nails), the team was able to return the boots and get me a new pair. I need to get my boots refitted before an upcoming ski trip and there is no availability for the next two weeks. Go elsewhere, I picked here because I wanted to be able to get my boots refitted as needed. Not only was the fit not good, but they are not available for the refitting.

  Our family has been coming to Ski & Tennis every year to get our kids fitted for ski boots and skis, and this year’s experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to write a review. The service was truly top-notch. Ryan helped us this time, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient with our kids, took the time to make sure everything fit properly, and most importantly, ensured their comfort and safety throughout the process. He never rushed us and explained the options clearly, which made a big difference given how many choices there are. You can really feel the high quality of service here, and that’s exactly why we keep coming back year after year. A huge thank you to Ryan for making this such a great experience—he’s the reason we’ll definitely be back again next season.

  I just finished my boot fitting appointment with Shawn, and i had a fantastic experience. Shawn has encyclopedic knowledge, honed intuition, and high EQ that combined, makes him the ultimate professional in helping guide customers to just the right boot. What was most impressive to me is that after an Initial evaluation of my feet, he had me try on the boot first that I eventually bought. He guided me through getting a custom insole that fixed the minor pressure points we identified with the initial fit, which remarkably solved for everything-- with one elegant solution. My boots are snug, like a hug for every part of my foot, with zero pain or discomfort. This was an exceptional experience from start to finish, and it's an investment of time and funds that I know will reap dividends in fun and comfort for years to come. I can't wait to try these on the slopes next week! Also, the gear and ski leasing program at the shop is fantastic, particularly for kids. They had the best and wide- ranging collection of kids gear (in all the sizes) that I've seen, which made it a pleasure to shop there with my son (who doesn't always like shopping). Their loyalty program really adds up too, for savings off of future purchases.
