Also, if you do not have a trailer, do not buy from them, if you want service, you figure out how to get cart to shop. No PAID pickup and delivery. As service manager about envision carts said “Many people have dead screens and envision never has them”

I asked him about a part, and he laughed in my face with no explanation, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. After that, I spoke with Logan, their parts department manager, and he was the complete opposite—very helpful, down-to-earth, and a genuine stand-up guy. He took the time to assist me and turned the experience around.
