I had a bad experience this New Year Eve. I came down to the boat to meet my coworker around 10p.m.ish and we left together at around 1:00a.m.ish. was nothing wrong with my car tires when l left home. We leave the casino and my tire goes flat with over 10 stab holes and yall wanna say it happened before l got there. It's noway l could have driven from Scotlandville to the Queen with my tire like that. What yall thought l was gone come after yall because it happened on yall premises, NO! I just want the person who did it to be held accountable, and action be taken towards them. We could have been seriously hurt or kiĺled. I don't care who reads this and l don't care about your negative comments.

Always a Blast! My husband and I always enjoy our getaway to the Queen! The only thing that I have to say negatively is that if you get a gift and even RSVP, it doesn’t matter, they are quick to tell you that they have sold out and I don’t understand if you have a headcount and you should know how many people you are counting! Still love our time there 🤟🤟🤟

I am very disappointed with the distribution of gifts. My status is Superstar, however, VIP status receive more and better gifts. It is your regular players, that you can count on, and come to your establishment, faithfully, and on a regular basis . I also came in and selected a gift, that was never received, and since that time VIP customers have received countless gifts. I receive fifteen dollars weekly for food, which does not afford you a steak or seafood dinner. You must spend it by a certain date and time or you loose it. I spend countless hours gambling , and can not get a complimentary drink or meal . The freeplay that I spend doesn't add up to the money that I spend at the Queen, and as soon as I slack up , you immediately reduce my freeplay and food. The gifts given on Sunday are hardly worth coming out for. You are not doing well !! My time at the Queen will be limited
