- MMMarcelis MaltezJan 19, 20261.0Disappointing experience at Bowlero We went to play pool and unfortunately the experience was not good. The tables were in very poor condition, dirty and with torn felt, which really affected the game. In addition, there were 5 of us and they refused to give us an extra cue stick. We were forced to pay for two tables just to get 4 cues, even though it is completely possible to play with 5 people on one table. We hope management improves the table maintenance and customer service, as it’s not fair to pay for a service that is not properly maintained.

Both Pool tables sides are visibly broken and they don’t even have chalk for the cue sticks. $33 for broken tables super low lights in the room and not even a sliver of chalk for 1 1/2 -2hrs is ridiculous. But yeah go bowling there.

Staff were very helpful, patient and friendly towards us and answer all the question we had. You can buy some food and drinks there too, which is great deal and I actually notice some 8-ball tables and arcade room, which again I'm so excited to try on the next time I'm in there for sure. Definitely coming back for more.
