  Yesterday I went with my family bowling for the very first time. Reservation process was very easy and clear to read and to book. Staff were very helpful, patient and friendly towards us and answer all the question we had. You can buy some food and drinks there too, which is great deal and I actually notice some 8-ball tables and arcade room, which again I'm so excited to try on the next time I'm in there for sure. Definitely coming back for more.

  Went on a Friday afternoon and there were only two employees working. By my estimation, it seemed pretty busy and those two were the only ones running the place. They were working very hard, but maintained a positive attitude, were organized and didn’t seem like they kept anyone waiting for long

  It’s a decent bowling place , the bowling floors looks way old , the ball won’t spin a lot, tried this pizza for kids and it was all burnt, I won’t be going to this place again.

  I rarely leave reviews, but Sam and his co-manager at Bowlero, they both absolutely deserves recognition’s . From the moment we walked in, they set the tone for a smooth, enjoyable night. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly professional. When we had an issue, Sam handled it immediately and with real care. He didn’t brush anything off, he took ownership, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was fixed quickly. You don’t see that level of customer service much anymore. Sam and his associate manager genuinely made our visit better. They checked in on us, made sure the lanes were good, and treated us like actual valued guests. You can tell they takes pride in the place and in their job. Bowlero is lucky to have them. Because of these fine people, we’ll definitely be coming back.

  My family and I walked in to Bowlero today (11/22/25) around 4:30pm excited to bowl. The place was not busy at all. When we were given our lane number, we noticed that it was placed directly next to another family even though there were many empty lanes. Before walking away, we politely asked the young woman helping us if we could switch to a different lane where there was a little more space. We understood that people would arrive later in the evening, but at that moment the lanes were wide open. Before she could respond, Alexis rudely jumped in and spoke over her. She raised her voice and told us that we would take the lane we were given and that nothing could be changed. I did not appreciate her tone, especially in front of my children. I asked why we could not switch lanes when the entire place was open and why she was speaking to us that way. She dismissed my question entirely, chuckled, and mocked me when I calmly asked for her name so that I could document the experience. My husband wanted to leave, but I chose to stay because we were determined to enjoy our afternoon. Once we were settled, we genuinely had a wonderful time as a family. The facility is clean, modern, and comfortable, and our time together on the lanes was great. What disappointed me most was that I might have let the encounter go if it had ended there. However, as we were leaving after paying for our game, Alexis went out of her way to walk over to the counter and loudly call out “Have a great night” in a mocking tone. It felt intentionally antagonizing and unnecessary. It is unfortunate that such a lovely place with so much potential was overshadowed by one employee’s behavior. I hope this feedback encourages more respectful and welcoming interactions for future guests.
