Took over an hour to buy something simple recently. And then there was a line at the register and multiple employees could have opened another register but were piddling around instead. I'll go to the Backcountry store down the block or buy online whenever possible.

Poorly marked items and discount bins, poor selection, took forever to get a pair of shoes to try on... Might just be that it's right after black Friday and they're understaffed or something? The employees seemed to care and were very helpful and polite so I'm going 4 stars because it wasn't an awesome experience but I feel like something was going on and they were a bit frazzled through no fault of their own. I'll give them a few days to get their shit together and hopefully remember to update the review after I pick up my bike and snowboard
