- JFJodi FDec 13, 20251.0I was looking for a specific reel for my son that I could not find and Chaos had in stock. I spoke to an employee on the phone on a Monday telling him I wanted to purchase it. I live 40 minutes away each way so would not be able to get there until the weekend, Saturday. I offered to put a deposit on my credit card or purchase the entire amount to ensure it would be held for me and stated I was definitely going to purchase it. The employee confirmed that his manager said no need to pay in advance and they would hold it for me and just to confirm when I was coming. I confirmed two times including before I left that I was coming Saturday and he even gave me the name of who to ask for when I got there. When I got there that person was gone for the day but the person who was there informed me that they sold the reel online despite me being promised that it was on hold for me. In addition, knowing I was coming and how far I was traveling, no one felt the need to or even be bothered to contact me to let me know what happened and after 80 minutes of travel came back with no reel for my son. Really horrible experience and a horrible way to treat any customer let alone a first time and now last time customer. Knowing how they prioritize a sale over customer service and confirmation of a product on hold that they instead sold to the first buyer they had, I would never recommend this store to anyone who had another option. I hope this review helps others prevent them from what I went through and how disappointed not only I am but more importantly my son so was so excited and looking forward to going to the store with me to pick up the reel.

I asked a lot of questions and this kid, I believe his name is Tristan, was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He showed me what to get and nephew could not be happier. I will definitely be back.
