They were out of product ordered so they charged my card the full order and sent a whole different cheaper product and then refused to refund and said they would credit the difference if I agreed to keep the other not needed product. The accounting girl even said it is their policy to send whatever they have in stock and when the person agrees to keep it they credit the difference.
