    We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying two bikes for our daughters for Christmas. From start to finish, the customer support and overall customer service were truly outstanding. Tyler was phenomenal to work with—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right bikes for our kids. There was zero pressure at any point. Instead, he took the time to understand our daughters’ ages, riding level, and interests, and made thoughtful recommendations that made us feel confident in our purchase. You can tell Tyler really cares about what he does and about setting families up for success, not just making a sale.     My husband and Son when into this store to see if they had bike grips for a Christmas gift. They had them and when they went to buy them the gentleman at the counter gifted them the grips. This was so generous and definitely shows you the spirit of Christmas. We will be going back to this store for any of our biking needs. Merry Christmas!
