Julio picked up my cart, patiently got it loaded onto their trailer and took it to the store to install a new BoltEnergy Lithium battery. He worked on it with his manager Shawn right away and returned it to me in Fort Myers the next day -- in time for my golf game that day!! Julio explained everything to me about care and charging of the new system and was outstanding in his courtesy and service. I recommend this location and team at Hole-in-One Golf Carts for a great product (ICON 40) and great service. Although my cart is now 4 yrs. old it looks and feels brand-new.
