Some of the sites in this campground need some work but for the most part this park is really nice. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay as it is under renovation but we look forward to swimming in it when we return next year. There is a walking/biking path around the whole perimeter which is nice, lots of great landscaping and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful too! As far as thousand trails parks go, this is one of the nicer ones for sure.

We had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately our stay was extremely disappointing.
Both bathhouses were out of service and there was no hot water the entire time we stayed. Only one bathroom was open and it had no working shower, which meant we could not shower for two days.
When we brought this to the front desk, the staff said they could not do anything about it. We requested a refund due to the lack of basic facilities, but they said it was against their policy.
Other issues:
• No fire pit allowed on site
• Pool was closed and apparently has been closed for a long time
• None of these issues were mentioned when we booked by phone
If these amenities are unavailable, guests should be informed before booking, not after arrival.
Overall, the lack of functioning bathrooms, no hot water, and unhelpful customer service made this stay extremely frustrating.
This issues are unacceptable and the fact they just gave us a 1800 number to call without giving any solutions is even worst.

I was visiting this place in Homestead, FL. looking for a different ambience and nature to spend with my family.
The lady at counter was very nice. She explained and answered all my questions about renting a space for RV.

What a lovely and well-maintained RV park with lots of ammenities and beautiful mature trees. Sadly we only stayed 2 nights and didn't get to enjoy all that was offered. Everyone was friendly and we were invited to a potluck just minutes after pulling in and met some wonderful guests. Laundry facility was clean and a bargain at $3.50 to wash AND dry. The area is all ag and nurseries so it was quiet and pretty. If I had to say anything negative, it was about the walking path. The large trees have cracked and lifted the asphalt from the roots, making it a dangerous if you aren't paying attention. I would stay again if we were in the area.

The park has potential, but the amenities were not as advertised.
1. The pool and hot tub are not working and are under repair. It doesn't appear they'll be fixed for several months.
2. The basketball court has not been repaired for over two years.
3. The miniature golf is covered with black mildew, and the features need work.
4. When the scheduled activities were printed and shared with the residents, it was a week late. Thus, residents missed an entire week of activities. When the activities were scheduled, management never showed up to organize them.
5. There is only one working shower for the ladies in the entire park.
6. The site was advertised as a pull-through site. However, when you pull in, they won't let you drive into the park without unconnecting your trailer or car.
7. The clubhouse is closed for an undetermined amount of time. Residents do not have access to such things as the pool table, ping pong table, or even movies that were advertised because the clubhouse is
closed for renovation.
Many of the long-term residents are moving to other parks because they are tired of things not being repaired.
