Our RV was over 100 degrees inside. Called the after hours phone number 3 times Jennifer finally picked up, this was after 30 minutes. We had to packup and move the RV. Jennifer reached out to us to give us a 10% discount for our troubles. They tried to jack up the price of our stay +$200.00 .... she couldn't find our reservation with our discounted price even thought they gave us printed copy at the time of check in. We had to take our receipt to the office for proof, ridiculous right. They did honor our receipt but no mention of our 10% discount for our inconvenience and the food that I lost
